Called L & L because my garage door was sticking and lost 2 rollers (we inherited the system when we bought the house a year ago.) They were super nice and helpful, going through the parts that were safe for me to replace (and safest practices to do so,) the parts that would be safest for them to deal with, and letting me know they are available for either type of repair if I need them.
